Part of the TUI Travel PLC, SkiBound is a tour operator specialising in school and adult group travel. We operate eight SkiBound ClubHotels in various resorts across the French Alps. The role of Head Chef with SkiBound involves being responsible for the profitable day to day operation of the kitchen ensuring that company standards are met and customer satisfaction exceeded.

What You'll Be Doing

You will lead by example, managing a small brigade ensuring high standards of preperation, presentation and quality of food. This position requires a highly motivated and responsible individual to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, you will lead a team to ensure that all areas of the department run effectively including the financial side of the business.
