Description :

Our quality client requires a duty manager with experience in Hospitality / Food Industry. Required: * Liaise with customers face to face and over the phone to solve queries, * Efficiently oversea and self manage the running of on site activities, * Advise management both on a formal and informal basis of possible changes to better performance, * Event Management, * Training staff for: Bar, restaurant and Night support team, * Making sure that health and safety is adhered to and security is not lapsed, Experience required: *Working within the hospitality sector as a duty manager or higher, *Able to work evenings
