Kitchen Team Leader
Namco station is a busy family entertainment venue along the south bank. We have a kitchen which caters for both the general public from our bar menu and corporate clients from our buffett menu. We require a person who has the ability not only to act as our cook but also is able to manage the kitchen and staff. This will require a willingness to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, completing all paper work, undertaking staff training and supervising other staff. Experience in a pub or bar kitchen environment is essential.
