Club Vass has been perfecting the ultimate windsurfing holiday experience since 1987. They now have resorts in four of the worlds most exceptional locations. We are currently recruiting for 2009 positions at Club Vass in Greece. Based near the town of Vassiliki on the Island of Levkas.

What you'll be responsible for

As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the overall running of the Club Vassiliki restaurant and bar. Delivering excellent products, customer service, manage costs within set budgets and maximise revenue.

You will manage a small team of Chef's, counter staff, bar staff and Kitchen porters. Creating the staff rota, carrying out appraisals and generally motivating under performing staff and encouraging good team spirit. At the beginning of the season you will run staff inductions and then continue to train them throughout the season.

You will also be in control of all ordering and control of stock within the kitchen, bar and stock room as well as accounting and managing ongoing and new relationships with local suppliers to ensure the best stock prices and good relations.

You will also produce and continue to update all menus and price lists, as well as handling money and the general set-up and close down of the food and beverage areas.
