As part of our friendly team, our Assistant Park Reps will help to ensure our guests have the best possible holiday - whilst gaining invaluable experience of working abroad and having a chance to immerse yourself in the local language and culture.
Siblu holidays own holiday parks in France, and also operate on another 11 selected parks in France, Italy and Spain. We have been in the business for over 25 years, so we know what makes a good holiday. We also know what makes a good team!
So, if you're on a gap year, taking time out from work, looking for a change from the norm or a student looking for a summer job, we have varying seasonal contract dates from March through to October.
All our Assistant park reps need is a talent for making people smile, an independent streak and excellent organisational skills.

Purpose of the Job:
Working as part of a team to deliver the highest possible standard of service to guests of all nationalities
Assistant Park Rep
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in the setting up of company accommodation at the beginning of the season (montage) with the Parc Reps
* Cleaning and maintenance of all company accommodation
* Greeting new arrivals to the park
* Provide a welcoming reception service
* Providing park and local area information
* Assist in organising activities (if applicable)
* Guest visits
* Assist in the organisation of booking charts if required
* Dealing with guest complaints/problems
* Liaison with UK offices - reservations
* Keeping all notice boards up to date
* Liaison with Parc Manager or Owner where necessary
* Completion of administration work
* Handling on-site bookings and advance bookings
* Demontage of site at the end of the season
